Delegation of US Department of Homeland Security in Visit to SIPA

On August 26th, 2009 a delegation of the Department for Immigration and Customs Enforcement within the US Department of Homeland Security (ICE US), led by Grant Lukas was in an official visit to the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA).
In a discussion with the SIPA’s director, Mirko Lujić, an intensified cooperation between these two institutions has been agreed upon, particularly in the area of operational activities.
The cooperation will be carried out through mutual assistance in investigations of complex transnational criminal offences, information exchange, trainings organisation and study visits.
